Munjay is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Tredence and is responsible for leading the company's global delivery and operations. With his extensive senior leadership experience at global technology consulting and product firms, Munjay has successfully driven operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives across diverse market segments. He provides the strategic vision, leadership, and deep operational expertise needed to accelerate the delivery of Tredence's organic and inorganic growth strategies.
Munjay has nearly three decades of leadership experience, having served in various roles such as CEO, COO, board member, P&L leader, and delivery and sales professional. His extensive background spans large services companies, fast-paced growth firms, and startups, reflecting his passion for technology and commitment to delivering client solutions. Additionally, Munjay is dedicated to mentoring startup organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT-BHU, India.
