With over 20 years of experience in Business Develop- ment, Franchise Expan- sion, Operations, and Skill Development, he is a strategic leader who delivers sustained revenue and turnaround growth for leading brands in the food and wellness sectors. Currently, he serves as the GM and National Head of Franchise Expansion and Operations at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd., the mas- ter franchisee of Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts in India. In this role, he oversees the planning, execution, and management of all aspects of franchise op- erations, expansion, and compliance across the country, focusing on opti- mizing profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. Previously, he held similar leadership positions at ORANE INTERNATIONAL and VLCC Healthcare, where he contributed to their growth and expan- sion in the beauty and wellness industry, as well as to their skill develop- ment programs.
