He is an aggressive business development professional with strong management skills in fields of sales, chan- nel, project, operations and profit centres. Nandakumar is currently President & Country Head - B2B which caters to the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events vertical. He is responsible for driving efficiencies within the MICE team and provid- ing strategic guidance. With deep experience in business development and vast knowl- edge of MICE he has been instrumental in providing high quality service delivery to corporate customers. He leads a team with leadership position in this segment. He headed the ecommerce vertical at SOTC and success- fully shaped an omnichan- nel distribution strategy for SOTC. He is an avid F1 fan and is based out of Mumbai.
