With outlets across India, he has now taken the brand inter- national to cities like - Dubai, Nairobi and Kathmandu with London, Singapore and Saudi Arabia on the cards. An industry veteran with a career spanning over 24 years, Sohrab has carved a niche for himself by special- ising in pioneering out of the box culinary concepts over the years. With his wealth of experience and diverse inter- ests that extend beyond F&B he has been a speaker at numerous events including several TEDx talks. An alumnus of the pres- tigious Indian Institute of Hotel Management, Aurang- abad, he spent a large part of his career with The Taj Group of hotels before mov- ing on to setup many award winning restaurants and bars across India
