Vikas Sharma, Chief Operating Officer at Zepto, took charge of his role in June 2023. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President, oversee- ing Zepto’s operations and supply chain. In his current role, Sharma is responsible for managing operations end-to-end, from back- end distribution centers to last-mile delivery, as well as overseeing supply planning. With over 15 years of diverse experience across FMCG, E-commerce, and other sectors, Sharma has expertise in supply chain, plant and warehouse operations, planning, logis- tics, last-mile delivery, and procurement. A seasoned operations leader, he is dedicated to scaling operations for exponential year- over-year growth while enhancing customer experience. Sharma holds a postgraduate diploma in industrial management (PGDIM) from NITIE and has held leadership roles in warehousing, logistics, and plant operations. Prior to joining Zepto, he worked with promi- nent brands, including Flipkart, Pepperfry, Supermax Personal Care, and TCS.
