Anand Nichani, Manag- ing Director (MD) of Polyflex India Pvt Ltd, a holding company, with interests in diversified seg- ments like luxury mattresses, FMCG, warehousing, start- ups, and auto sector, has many accomplishments and accolades to his name at the young age of 48. Anand started his career at the early age of 23, when he joined his father, Mr. Balram Nichani (Founder), at Polyflex. After his stint in the B2B auto parts supply indus- try, where he serviced brands like Toyota, Hyundai, Ford, and Tata Motors, among oth- ers; he set up an FMCG brand named ‘Gone Mad’, a joint venture partnership with one of Indonesia’s premier FMCG names, Garuda Food. With a B.Com. and MBA in Marketing, Anand is currently partner for Magniflex in India, the prestigious brand that symbolises Italian luxury mat- tresses and sleep accesso- ries. Magniflex (Made in Italy) has been producing quality mattresses for the past 60 years and has presence in over 100 countries.
