Mohit Khattar is Direc- tor and CEO, for Graviss Foods Pvt Ltd (GFPL). GFPL is the master franchisee for the brand Baskin Robbins in India and the SAARC region. He is responsible for growing and managing the business and the brand in this geography. In his previous stint as CEO and MD for Natures Basket (as part of the Godrej group), he played a key role in establishing and growing thebrand and business multi-fold as a differentiated food retail entity in India. Mohit has earned his spurs as a sales, marketing and general management professional building several success- ful programs and customer centric initiatives for leading organisations including Titan Industries, Reckitt Benckiser, T.I Cycles of India, Subhiksha and Godrej. He is actively involved as an advisor to New Zealand Trade and Enterprise (NZTE),to helpNew-Zealand based businesses enterIndia and scale their business here. He is also on the board for a few food start- ups in the healthy eating as well asin the gourmet food space apart from being a mentor to budding entrepreneurs in the food retail space. Mohit is a Mechanical Engineer and an MBA in Marketing. He is based out of Mumbai.
